LAS VEGAS, New Mexico, June 22, 2020–Grano Law Offices, P.C. is awarding seven bicycles to seven New Mexico children. Through a short essay submission, the law firm’s owner, Marc A. Grano, is seeking participation from the public in nominating kids who have made an impact in their communities or have overcome any type of adversity.
Entries will be accepted through July 22, 2020, and the firm will announce winners through its website and social media pages on Friday, July 24, 2020.
Bicycles Change Lives
The contest is a promotional effort inspired by the impact that a safe, reliable bicycle plays in a child’s life. “It is incredible to see our many community members staying active during the COVID-19 pandemic. My office wants to support this healthy attitude in our community’s children,” says Grano regarding his decision to launch the contest.
Not only do bicycles offer physical benefits, but it is also an opportunity for children to connect with each other in the offline world. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), children are at a higher risk for developing mental health and behavioral challenges, and physical activity, like bicycling, can help them cope better.
How to Nominate a Child
Participants can nominate a child by writing a 150-word essay and providing the requested contact information. Anyone can nominate an eligible child. Essays will be evaluated at the sole discretion of the law firm.
